The prime driver of our endeavors has been the far-seeing vision and dedicated perseverance of our Management Team. This is the team that is at the helm today and leads by sheer example. This is even more important in the area of expertise of 3 Cube Projects because it is only the right people with the right knowledge and dedicated integrity who can deliver when it comes to massive assignments and technology driven projects, that too without time or cost over-runs. But then, with the management team and Team 3 Cube together at the helm, we will never lack in innovation, intelligence and integrity.

Hemanth has a Masters Degree from New York Institute of Technology, New York. He started his career as an executive in New York and in the Bay Area, California and was instrumental in formulating successful strategies that added value and brought in credibility and market presence to the organization. Very soon, an opportunity led Hemanth to turn as an entrepreneur by starting an IT company in the Bay Area that grew potentially and was successfully acquired later. Having his roots firmly in India, Hemanth diligently followed his passion to bring in a difference to the realty sector in India. Hemanth, today is the driving force behind 3 Cube Projects. His strategic vision coupled with his entrepreneur skills has set 3 Cube on a path of high sustainable growth.

Jyothi Swaroop
has Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University and Masters Degree in Information Systems from The Griffith University Australia.
He started his career as a System Analyst at Saras America Inc. Detroit U.S.A . His 5 year stint in USA has seen him take different positions as Project Lead,
Project Manager. In India he was associated with Polaris software Labs and IBM as Project & Program Manager for 5 Yrs. His strengths have been delivering
deliverables on schedule with high quality standard. He currently Serves as Executive Director 3cube Projects Pvt.Ltd. Hyderabad India.

Dinendra Reddy
has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Technology from The University of Nagpur, India. He started his career as a Design Engineer�at Future Integrated Systems,
Silicon Valley, California, USA. His six year stint in the USA gave him a panoramic insight into the ASIC industry. He later enlisted as the first employee of MosChip Semiconductor,
Hyderabad,�India and contributed to the development of world class full custom ASIC products. Having spent a total of 6 years at MosChip, he built an excellent cross functional
design team and moved up to the post of General Manager. He currently serves as the CEO of Sudershan Biotech Ltd., Hyderabad, India. He is also the Chairman of 3 Cube
Projects Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India, a company into construction and the CMD of Aizyc Technology Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India, an ASIC and Allied Services Company.
